My priorities remain focused on strengthening our economy, enhancing community well-being, and ensuring every voice is heard in shaping our city's future.
Build Safe, Accessible Communities
As District 5 continues to grow, I’m committed to ensuring that progress supports everyone. This means expanding accessible housing and open spaces, enhancing transportation options, supporting dedicated public safety funding, and investing in infrastructure—such as adding walking trails, safer roads, and improved access for all. I’ll also advocate for vital partnerships with social service agencies, such as The Road Home and the Midvale Family Resource Center, to help our most vulnerable neighbors thrive.
Foster Economic Growth
I will continue to support our community’s growth through investment in projects such as Main Street, the Jordan Bluffs, Bingham Junction, and the new Library. These initiatives not only boost local businesses and job opportunities but also enrich the character of our community. Events like our city festivals and the new food truck plaza bring us together—I will continue to champion the spaces and experiences that make Midvale a welcoming place for all.
Promote Smart, Collaborative Governance
Responsible development and sound budgeting go hand in hand. I will continue to work with residents, local businesses, community leaders, and neighboring districts to make thoughtful, responsible financial decisions that preserve our quality of life and are updated in our city’s General Plan. Midvale must remain a welcoming and well-managed city where people want to live, work, and visit.
Above all, I will make sure the voices of District 5 residents are heard when decisions are made. I’m ready to listen, serve, and work hard for the future of Midvale. I’m proud of what our city has already achieved—and I’m prepared to help lead what comes next.
